Crocheting & Sewing: A Lined Cardigan Jacket
AKA. Project 2021.5 This project was born on the basis that I've never really knitted or crocheted a large item. I've done scarves, dog sweaters and that's about it. Deciding on doing this project was one aimed at personal growth and skillset building. Like all things making a plan before you begin is usually a good thing. It helps you map your way through your project. I started with the cuffs, the arms, and then the edge of the bottom of the jacket design. At some point I ran out of yarn and had to order a whole box load, because this being my first large crocheted sweater jacket, I was unaware how much yarn I really needed. I ordered some more and waited for them to come before continuing on. I worked from the bottom edge and crocheted up. Making the body of the jacket. Before attaching the arms.
